Privacy at AudioToMidiNow
Your selected audio is processed inside your browser. AudioToMidiNow does not upload the file to its servers, store the recording, or keep a conversion history.

Audio processing
When you choose an audio file, the browser decodes and analyzes it on your device. The MIDI result is generated in the same browser tab and downloaded directly to your device. The site does not receive the source audio or the generated MIDI file.
Accounts and saved history
Using the converter does not require an account. A separate optional account is used only to sign in with passkeys and confirm or revoke agent registrations for the read-only service guide. The account asks for a username, not an email address, and is not used for audio conversion, file storage, or payment.
Passkeys and agent authorization
When you create or use an account, the authentication service stores your username, passkey credential identifier, public key, authenticator counter and supported transport metadata. Your passkey's private key and device biometrics stay with your device or passkey provider and are not sent to AudioToMidiNow. To keep you signed in, the site uses a secure, HTTP-only session cookie; the corresponding session token is stored as a hash.
If you confirm an agent claim, the service stores the agent registration identifier, claim and authorization status, scope, timestamps, and hashes of claim and access tokens. Six-digit claim codes expire after ten minutes and failed attempts are limited. Access tokens expire after one hour. You can review and revoke registrations from the passkey account page. The only scope currently offered is guide.read; it does not allow audio upload or conversion.
These authentication records are stored in Cloudflare D1, and Cloudflare processes them to operate the service. Account and passkey records remain until you request deletion by contacting us; expired authentication artifacts may be retained as needed for security, abuse prevention, and operational integrity. Rate-limiting records use a keyed hash of the connecting IP address rather than storing the raw IP in the application database. Cloudflare may separately process request IP addresses under its own terms.
Hosting and technical data
The site is delivered through Cloudflare Pages. Like other web hosting and security services, Cloudflare may process standard request information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as an IP address, request time, requested URL, browser information, and security signals. That data is handled under Cloudflare's own privacy terms.
If you email contact@audiotomidinow.com, the message and address you provide are processed by the email services used to send and receive the conversation. Do not send private audio, credentials, or information you do not want included in an email exchange.
Third-party advertising
AudioToMidiNow is designed to support third-party advertising. No advertising code is active on the site as of the effective date above. When ads are enabled, advertising partners may use cookies, local storage, device information, IP addresses, or similar technologies to deliver, limit, and measure advertisements according to their own privacy policies.
This policy will identify the advertising provider and link to its privacy and choice information when advertising is activated. Browser controls can be used to limit or delete cookies, although doing so may affect how advertising is displayed.
External links
The site may link to external services or documentation. AudioToMidiNow does not control those websites and is not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Review the privacy information on an external site before providing data there.
Policy changes
This policy may be updated when the site's features, hosting, contact services, or advertising arrangements change. The effective date at the top of this page will be revised when a material update is published.
