# GuitarSet audio and annotation attribution

The audio is a real human acoustic-guitar performance recorded with a reference microphone; the deposit also provides hexaphonic recordings used for annotations. We use mono microphone audio, not synthesized or rendered guitar audio. The chosen player/session is represented by the public source filename prefix00_BN1-129-Eb. No personal recording by this site's operator is claimed.

Changes: two cropped microphone excerpts, one half-amplitude PCM derivative, integer-semitone reference extraction, MIDI conversion outputs, comparisons and piano-roll graphics. Original source files and the relevant note annotations are also retained for reproducibility. No endorsement by the dataset creators is implied.

Annotations are partly derived automatically; they are a disclosed evaluation reference, not unquestionable truth.
